COVID-19 and working with Accolade

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Accolade’s priority is the safety and welfare of our employees, clients and supply chain partners.

We monitor the latest news and advice from the UK Government Task Force, and the Public Health Authorities.

All Accolade staff are now all working remotely from home and will remain so at least until the UK government permit us to work at our office and other locations. We continue to operate business as usual.

Accolade has long had a flexible and remote working environment. Now, all Client and Supply Chain Partners meetings with Accolade staff will take place using online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing systems. Where possible we are asking our clients and partners to engage in audio online only meetings in order to take bandwidth pressure off the Telecoms Providers.

Accolade’s strong business continuity plan means that any further impact of COVID-19 is addressed and mitigated.
