I’m Nikki Pattison. I set up Accolade after spending over a decade working for large tech companies selling high value IT solutions. During my career, I found that keeping my pipeline healthy whilst working on large Bids was a challenge. Various business development services gave poor results. What I needed were people to prospect for me, who knew how large organisations are structured and understood various job functions and business drivers such as regulatory ones. They had to reach senior decision makers and hold a business level conversation in order to gain interest in an offering.
